I found a nice site with an easy to use way to help you dial another country. Since I am currently in China and I call both the USA and India, here’s some examples from http://www.simplecountrycodes.com/

TO FROM Dial:
China India 00 + 86 + area code + phone number
China USA 011 + 86 + area code + phone number
India China 00 + 91 + area code + phone number
India USA 011 + 91 + area code + phone number
USA China 00 + 1 + area code + phone number
USA India 00 + 1 + area code + phone number

    The chinese has a small problem. It should be 欢迎观临. The “来”isn't really needed.
